Shipping Policy
The shipping of product is an arrangement between the purchaser and the freight company, which is facilitated on behalf of the customer by Custom Sports Trucks Pty Ltd. While Custom Sports Trucks Pty Ltd will use its best endeavors to have your purchases delivered complete, in full and on-time, the shipping and delivery of product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Custom Sports Trucks will use its best endeavors to assist in the rectification of the situation, however the purchase of freight is ultimately between the customer and the freight provider to resolve.
Shipping may take 2-3 business days before your package can be packaged, collected and on route to your location.
With stock located across several warehouses, in transit and sometimes across the world, deliveries on all orders can vary based on warehouse and supplier stock levels.

Carriers
We have accounts with Aramex, Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fed-Ex and TNT.
Each carrier will have restrictions relating to size, weight and cubic size or whether the product is classified as hazardous goods such as our Poppy’s Patina. As such their rates are charged accordingly.
If you reside in a regional area please ask about options for freight to be shipped with your local carriers
Delivery Address
Our couriers cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, Private Mail Bags, Australia Post Lockers etc.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring that access is available. All risks and costs associated with providing an incorrect delivery address shall remain with the customer.
Shipping Costs
In terms of general freight for couriers, automotive parts are generally classified heavy and bulky. As such they can incur additional surcharges due to size and weight.
The shipping costs provided at check-out is based on rate cards for the capital city locations for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The states of WA, NT, SA and Tas may incur addition shipping charges. Likewise for regional and remote locations, defined by the carriers.
Out of Stock items
On occasions where the product selected is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delayed shipping.
On these occasions you will have the option of waiting for the item to arrive, choose an alternative item, or cancel your order and receive a refund of payment.
