Custom Sports Trucks is an Australian registered business ABN: 51378630779, is registered with the Australian Taxation Office for Goods and Services Tax and is located and operating in Australia.

Currency

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of 10% GST and all transactions are made (only) in Australian currency.

Additional Charges

Additional charges are applicable, for shipping and delivery.

Delivery

While Custom Sports Trucks will use its best endeavors to have your purchases delivered complete, in full and on-time, “all” Shipping and Delivery is outside our control and is therefore the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom Sports Trucks will offer to assist to rectifying the situation, however it is ultimately between the purchaser and the freight company to resolve the concern.

Damages and Returns

If you change your mind or no longer like an item you have purchased, it can be returned, so long as it is return in a new and saleable condition, with packaging in tact.

 All returns will receive a store credit to the value of the purchased item, alternatively you can swap the item for something else in store.

 A store credit is available only within a four week window from the original invoice date.

 Should a refund be offered, the purchaser will be responsible for any and all freight costs, in addition to any credit card or transaction fees.

 For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no credits, refunds or returns issued for the purchases of special orders, non-stocked items or promotional items (special or sale items).
