1973-87 Chevy, GMC Truck Shock Absorber, Front, Western DS2 - (pair)
We now offer our Western Chassis DS2 twin tube shock for 1973-87 Chevy trucks. We have researched many different manufacturers in this area and found that most shocks do not have enough rebound dampening. These shocks offer exactly what we've been looking for. Premium made, these shocks have 180psi cylinders and are designed for use with greater shock angles found on lowered vehicles. The high performance bushings also contribute to zero shock lag.
Application Info:
1 3/8" Pistons
Poly Urethane Bushings
Flat Black Finish
180psi Nitrogen Gas Cylinders
Dust Wiper Seal with Teflon guides
Sold as a Pair
Ride height:
2" Lowered Height (package with 2.5” drop spindle & 2'" drop spring for 4.5” of overall drop)
Notes:
Ride height is determined by the front coil springs used on a coil spring truck.
If torsion bar, ride height is determined by the setting of the torsion bar.
Drop spindle applications use the OEM ride height shock
